A Florida law firm is hiring a PIP Paralegal in Fort Lauderdale, 33309. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” placement offering full time hours + benefits. Pay is up to $90,000.00 + regular pay increases.

About the law firm: A full service law firm with offices throughout Florida with over 20 attorneys. The firm handles a range of legal cases from personal injury, commercial litigation, family law, workers’ compensation, labor & employment as well as real estate, probate, trust & estate planning.

About the position: Personal Injury Protection Paralegal in Fort Lauderdale. Prepare legal documents; motions, pleadings, & respond to discovery requests. Additionally this role will help with scheduling & calendaring.You will support your PIP attorney in all aspects including administrative support; typing correspondence, etc. This is a team oriented environment with a friendly and welcoming team. We may consider a personal injury paralegal or general civil litigation paralegal.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) experience
Must know how to E-File
