A financial institution is currently hiring a Customer Service Agent in Pompano Beach, 33062. The position pays up to $18.00/hr and offers full time hours.

Hour: Monday – Friday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m)
2 month Temporary project (estimated). May become permanent for the right person

Duties: Answer inbound calls from homeowners regarding their financial case. Answer basic questions, update records, etc. Make outbound/return phone calls regarding information. NO SALES.

Minimum Requirement
2+ years of phone experience in a professional environment
Basic Data Entry skills
