An established law firm is hiring a Probate Paralegal in Port Charlotte FL 33948. The position is replacing a retiring paralegal. Pay is up to $55,000.00 and will be based on probate experience.

This is a small quiet office with a friendly and professional group.

HOURS: Full time – Hybrid schedule is being offered. Schedule can be negotiated.

Duties: Prepare all legal documents regarding probate matters; Probate Documents under the direction of the Attorney in the Firm’s Software including Last Will Testaments, Power of Attorneys, Living Will, Revocable Living Trust, and Irrevocable Trusts.

Paralegals must know how to use Florida Courts E-Filing Portal. Florida Registered Paralegals (or CLAs) are preferred but not required.

Minimum Requirements
2+ years probate experience
