A real estate law firm is hiring a real estate paralegal in Sarasota, 34237. This is a permanent position offering a Hybrid schedule.

The law firm is seeking a real estate paralegal with experience preparing closing documents but will consider a real estate title & escrow closer. The law firm takes a white glove approach to customers and offers an exceptional experience. This includes the attorney handling most of the new title requests and opening of title.

The real estate paralegal will be responsible for ordering and clearing title; review title commitment, estoppels, lien letters. payoff letters, etc. Additionally you will prepare the CD, coordinate the closing and conduct the closing when needed. The firm handles mostly residential real estate closings (refinance or purchase) but does handle some commercial closings and is willing to teach; if interested in learning. Some post closing responsibilities; lender package, recordings/ SimpliFile. Qualia is the closing program used.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years preparing CDs
Active Florida Notary
