A nonprofit is hiring a Human Resources Generalist in Spring Hill, 34606. This is a temporary project expected to last 8-10 weeks. It will offer full time hours.

The project is Monday through Friday. No nights. No weekends.

Duties will include posting new job openings on jobs boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter and Careerbuilder. Source resumes, screen and interview applicants, conduct background checks, I-9 verification, prepare offer letters and onboard new hires. Additionally this role will conduct exit interviews. The HR Generalist will work closely with various departments as it relates to HR; payroll, accounting and department management.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years of human resources experience
1+ recruiting/sourcing candidates
