An established law firm is hiring a Remote Probate Paralegal in Spring Hill, 34609. This is a temporary project expected to last 6-8 weeks. We will consider full time or part time hours. Pay is $31.25/hr

About the Law Firm: This is an established practice serving the area for over 20 years. The firm specializes in a broad range of legal practices from probate, general civil litigation, estate planning, real estate and personal injury.

About the Position: Provide temporary legal support to 1 attorney in all areas of Probate. Duties will include gathering all supporting information/documentation. Prepare all necessary administrative and legal documents. E-File with the state. Basic CRM Case Management experience. Applicants with experience as a tax paralegal, probate paralegal, estate planning, or trust administration are strongly encouraged to apply.

Minimum Requirements
Must reside in Florida
2+ in probate, trust or estate planning
Strong organizational skills
Home office
