An established Insurance Defense law firm is hiring a Defense Paralegal in Sugar Land TX 77478. This is a permanent position being offered as a Direct Hire placement – no probationary period with the staffing agency!

HOURS: Monday through Friday (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) some flexibility offered on the schedule if needed.

The Paralegal is responsible for preparing; legal documents, medical summaries, depo-page line summaries, discovery responses and/or pleadings. Additionally assist with case planning, development, and case management, order records, review and approve invoices, meet billable hour time requirements, etc. Qualified applicants should have a solid understanding of civil litigation procedure.

Requirements
2+ years relevant litigation experience
