A nationwide insurance defense law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal with a background in 1st part property or Liability. The office is located in Tallahassee, 32312.

This is a permanent position offering full time hours.

The Paralegal / Legal Assistant will be responsible for drafting legal documents; draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests, and responses. The Paralegal will also summarize reports, and other case materials. Conduct legal research and investigations as needed. Trial Prep will include assisting with deposition prep, pretrial, preparing trial exhibits and the trial.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Federal Filing – Federal Court CM/ECF system and filings procedure
Litigation and trial experience
1st part property or liability
Meet 125 billable hours monthly
