Help Desk – Information Technology (Remote/Hybrid)

A large nationwide company is hiring a Help Desk Technician, in Tampa 33602. Pay is commensurate with experience $37,000.00 – $40,000.00. It is full time and permanent. Benefits are offered along with a Remote/Hybrid schedule.

The Help Desks primary duties are to provide technical software, hardware, telephone, printer, and audio-video conferencing problem resolution to firm employees or guests of the firm by performing problem diagnosis and providing timely solutions to the end-users in an office environment; clearly communicating technical solutions in a professional manner; setup and install hardware and software as needed; provide desk-side assistance to users as needed; documenting all support activities; and performing related work as required.

Minimum Requirements
Advanced Windows operating experience
Intermediate/advanced Citrix
Capable/Able of lifting 50lbs (computers, etc).
