Established mid-size law firm is hiring a remote litigation paralegal in Tampa, 33602. You must reside in the area for training and occasional in-office needs (picking up physical docs, etc).

Training is in-office however the firm will work with your personal scheduling during the first 2-4 weeks. 100% remote after training besides any emergency needs that might require you to pick up documents. Applicants must reside in the Tampa (or surrounding) area.

Duties include preparing various legal documents from contracts, lease agreements, and some civil litigation; complaints, pleadings, motions, etc.

Minimum Requirements
3+ civil litigation experience
Recent real estate or commercial business experience
Must know how to E-File
