An established defense law firm is hiring a Litigation paralegal in Trinity, 34655. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” placement. Starting salary is up to $75,000.00 + regular pay increases and benefits.

About the law firm: An established insurance defense law firm representing some of the nation’s largest insurance underwriters & carriers. The firm has approx 10-15 attorneys and plenty of work!
About the position: The Insurance Defense Paralegal is responsible for their own assigned case management. This role is best suited for an advanced paralegal that requires little to no training in the areas of presuit, litigation or trial preparation & timelines. The litigation paralegal will prepare or draft legal documents; affidavidts, motions, etc along with trial preparation. The paralegal also handles their own scheduling. The ideal applicant will enjoy working independently with limited supervision in a fast paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of recent defense experience
2+ years of Florida Litigation experience
