An established law firm is hiring an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney in Wall, 07719. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” placement offering full benefits. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Starting salary is not expected to exceed $165,00.00

About the law firm: Full-Service Law Firm specializes in a wide range of practice areas; personal injury, workers’ compensation, complex litigation, probate trust & estate, real estate law, etc.

About the position: The law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years experience in the area of Workers’ Compensation.
Duties include representing clients in Workers’ Compensation cases. Gather evidence, evaluate findings, and develop strategies and arguments. Attend hearings & bench trials & litigate cases. Negotiate settlements. Manage case preparation, including research, document handling, and court appearances.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years Workers’ Compensation
Member of the New Jersey State Bar Association
