A boutique law firm is hiring a PIP Attorney in WPB, 33401. This is a Permanent – Direct Hire placement offering full time hours. The position pays up to $150,000.00 and is commensurate with experience.

The position is in-office however the partners will allow a remote/hybrid schedule after training. Remote is based on quality of work and production.

Duties will include handling a high volume caseload of Florida PIP cases. Interview potential clients and evaluate their claim. The caseload will entail handling PIP insurance claims and civil litigation as it relates to auto accidents; uninsured motor vehicle accidents, insurance car accidents, commercial trucking accidents, etc. The attorney should be comfortable reviewing insurance policies. medical bills, traffic reports, etc.

Applicants interested in this position must have 1-5 years of PIP – Personal Injury Protection experience in Florida or a similar no-fault state.

Minimum Requirements
A member of the Florida Bar Association
No less than 1 year PIP experience
