EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

You can help THRIVAS, a friend and yourself by participating in the THRIVAS Employee Referral Program.

You can earn a cash award up to $1,000 if you refer an applicant that is hired through THRIVAS.

Step 1

Have your referral email their resume to employeereferral@thrivas.com.

Step 3

Your friend is placed in a permanent position through THRIVAS and works for that employer for longer then six months.

Step 4

We call you, verify your mailing address, and send your Referral Award to your valid mailing address.

Award Amounts

$1,000 – if first year base salary of referral is $100,000+ annually.

$900 – if first year base salary of referral is $90,000 – $99,999.99 annually.

$800 – if first year base salary of referral is $80,000 – $89,999.99 annually.

$700 – if first year base salary of referral is $70,000 – $79,999.99 annually.

$600 – if first year base salary of referral is $60,000 - $69,999.99 annually.

$500 – if first year base salary of referral is $50,000 - $59,999.99 annually.

$400 – if first year base salary of referral is $40,000 - $49,999.99 annually.

$300 – if first year base salary of referral is $30,000 - $39,999.99 annually.

$200 – if first year base salary of referral is $20,000 - $29,999.99 annually.

$100 – if first year base salary of referral is $10,000 - $19,999.99 annually.

Referral awards are paid only for referrals who are not already in THRIVAS’s applicant database. If the person referred has already applied for a position with any THRIVAS division or office, they are not eligible for this program. Referral applicant must email resume to employeereferral@thrivas.com before applying any other way (online application, jobs@thrivas.com, internet job posting sites, etc.) in order for you to be eligible for the referral award. Awards are paid only for qualified referrals who register with THRIVAS through employeereferral@thrivas.com, meet our hiring criteria, accept a permanent position and works for that employer for more then six months. Only one award paid per person referred. THRIVAS does not guarantee employment to any individual, and reserves the right to change these program rules at any time.
