Temp-to-Hire is where you work for a client of ours on a trial basis to determine if the job is a good fit for your skills, interests, and career goals.
Your length of assignment is for a predetermined period of time, usually about three months. After your trial period is up, you and our client are able to determine whether becoming a permanent employee will be best for both parties.
Temp-to-Hire is sometimes viewed as a 90 day probationary period for both the employer, and the employee.
