A large Foreclosure law firm in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant. The set starting salary for anyone hired well be between 33-35k.  Responsibilities will be to assist Attorneys and Paralegals in the preparation of Foreclosure cases.

 

This position is full time with overtime require. The standard office hours are M-F from 8:30 a.m until 5 p.m. A full benefits package is also available and includes; Medical, Dental, 401k, as well as Life Insurance.

 

Skill requirements for this position will be: a minimum of 2 years experience setting hearings, or mediations as well as maintaining Attorney Calendar. You must also have strong typing skills and able to clearly communicate over the phone with clients.  References, Employment Verification as well as a Criminal Background check are required to qualify for this position.
