About the position: The Customer Service Rep aka “CSR” is responsible for answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to local clients. Transfer calls to the appropriate department or provide basic information. Additional clerical or administrative tasks when needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills
Basic computer and clerical skills
Bilingual: English / Spanish
