A small law office is hiring a Real Estate Paralegal in Miami Beach, 33139. The position is a permanent “Direct Hire” placement offering full time hours. Pay is up to $80,000.00 + Benefits. Free on-site/covered parking.

About the real estate law office: 1 solo attorney focused on residential closings. The attorney has been practicing for over 10 years and has established themselves with high end buyers/sellers.

About the position: We are open to either a Real Estate Paralegal or Residential Title & Escrow Closer. Applicants will order title, clear title commitments, prepare preliminary disclosures, prepare final CDs, coordinate closings and assist the attorney with post closing duties. The law firm uses Displaysoft. Anyone who has used Qualia, Closers Choice, SoftPro, Resware will learn this program easily.

Minimum Requirements
Must have 3+ years of experience preparing CDs
Florida Notary / Must obtain FL Notary within 60 days of employment (law firm pays for it)
Strong organizational skills
