A condo association is hiring a Property Manager in Juno Beach, 33408. This is a permanent position offering full time hours. Pay is up to $120,000.00 + benefits

About the position: Multi uni (between 80-100 units) residential condominium building. Mostly owner occupied units with several outbuildings, pool, pool house, parking garage, etc. The building is concrete, older but in good condition with no major construction projects underway.

About the position: We are seeking an experienced property manager with condo management background. Applicants must have a CAM License, understanding of structural milestone inspections, and all traditional duties that encompass property management; budget oversight, project oversight, management of staff and maintenance, etc.

Minimum Requirements
Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license required
5+ years of property management
Background overseeing 50+ units
Budget/Accounting oversight
