ABOUT THE POSITION: A law firm that is dedicated to a work/life balance is seeking an attorney to join our commercial trucking/insurance defense team. The attorney will be involved in case management, including trucking/auto pre-suit claims, evaluations and trucking/auto inspections, litigation, discovery, and depositions, reporting to clients. Preparing and revising discovery demands, responses, and taking both fact and expert witness depositions. The candidate must be organized and able to meet deadlines and completion dates.

Member of the Florida BAR
No less than 3 years civil litigation
