A boutique law firm is hiring a Paralegal in Fort Lauderdale, 33316. This is a permanent position offering full time hours + benefits. Pay is $60,000.00.

About the law firm: Small 2 attorney law firm with a steady caseload. The law firm handles a variety of general civil litigation and some transactional matters. Cases range from: commercial litigation, personal injury, transactional work (business contracts, lease agreements, real estate, etc). Want to learn how to be an office manager or law firm administrator? This small law firm wants to teach you how to do it all!

About the position: The current paralegal is retiring after 10+ years in her position. We are searching for someone who can support 2 attorneys that draft the majority of their own documents. Duties will include review/revise legal documents, E-File, schedule hearings, mediations and depositions as well as gather supporting documents. Applicants must be willing to learn basic bookkeeping (or already possess those skills).

Minimum Requirements
Must know how to E-File (Florida)
2+ years of legal assistant or paralegal experience
