An established law firm is hiring a Bankruptcy Paralegal in Miami, 33155. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” with full time hours. Pay is negotiable: $30.00/hr + benefits.

About the law firm: Established law firm with approx 5+ attorneys focused on consumer bankruptcy, real estate, foreclosure, and family law. The firm offers paid overtime, free on-site parking, medical, dental, vision, 401k w/ matching + PTO.

About the position: We are seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal who can prepare petitions w/ clients, file bankruptcy petitions for chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. The role has heavy client contact and requires an applicant to have strong organization and communication skills.

Minimum Requirements
1+ year Bankruptcy
Must know how to E-File legal documents
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
