About the position: We are willing to train a litigation attorney in the area of commercial business. Experience is preferred in this area of law but not required. Training will include extensive research and writing regarding commercial business cases. You will handle cases such as, breach of contract, partnership disagreements, intellectual property, fraud, financial issues, etc. Duties will include drafting complaints, affirmative defenses, motions to dismiss complaints and motions to strike affirmative defenses, general commercial litigation discovery.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of litigation
