A probate trust & estate planning law firm is hiring a Probate Attorney in Jupiter, 33477. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” position. Estimated salary is up to $100,000.00 + benefits and regular pay increases.

About the law firm: Well established law practice focused on; Estate planning, Estate & Trust Administration, Probate & Trust Litigation, Probate, Wills and Trusts. Additionally the firm handles some foreclosure defense and bankruptcy work. Less than 5 attorneys and a small experienced support staff.

About the position: We are seeking a Probate Attorney with 2+ years of experience. The ideal applicant will be a team player with a friendly demeanor who truly values their clients. Duties: Advise clients on estate planning strategies. Draft & review wills, trusts, POA, medical directives, and other estate planning documents.

Handle probate and estate administration matters from initiation through resolution.
Guide personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, and families through complex legal and administrative processes. Prepare pleadings, court filings, and other required legal documents.

Minimum Requirements
A member of the Florida Bar
2+ years experience
