A probate trust & estate planning law firm is hiring a Probate Attorney in Jupiter, 33477. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” position. Estimated salary is up to $85,000.00 + benefits and regular pay increases.

About the law firm: Well established law practice focused on; Estate planning, Estate & Trust Administration, Probate & Trust Litigation, Probate, Wills and Trusts. Additionally the firm handles some foreclosure defense and bankruptcy work. Less than 5 attorneys and a small experienced support staff. Very friendly office.

About the position: Work closely with a managing partner who is friendly and eager to collaborate with you! Duties: Manage estate planning, probate & trust administration files. Coordinate with trustees, beneficiaries through the probate & trust  process. Prepare pleadings and other legal documents. Extensive client contact. 

Minimum Requirements
2+ years probate experience
Strong “customer service”
Organized 
E-File
