An established law firm is hiring a remote Litigation Paralegal. Applicants must reside in the state of Florida to be considered. Salary is up to $85,000.00 + bonus + benefits.

About the law firm: Mid-sized insurance defense law firm with approximately 30+ attorneys. Benefits include full medical, dental, vision. 401k + matching, the firm pays (when applicable) FRP bar dues & CLEs.

About the position: We are seeking a litigation paralegal for our construction defect department. Construction defect experience is not required but preferred. Manage file through all phases of litigation and potential trial prep. Work with a small team and support a busy litigation attorney.

Minimum Requirements
5+ years civil litigation
Must be a resident of Florida
Strong communication skills
Strong organization skills
