Criminal Defense Paralegal – Remote

A large law firm is hiring a remote paralegal in Sarasota, Florida. You must reside within the state of Florida. This is a temporary contract offering full time hours.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m)

About the law firm: Established law firm with multiple branches throughout the state of Florida.

About the position: Work closely with a senior attorney to oversee a backlog of cases. Primary duties will be to file motions and notices for criminal defense cases. Cases range from misdemeanor, felony, traffic, etc. Experience using PracticePanther is helpful but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must reside in Florida
Must know how to E-File in Florida
Immediately available
2+ years criminal defense
