An established insurance defense law firm is hiring a remote attorney in Dallas, 75214. The position is a permanent role offering a very generous benefits plan.

About the law firm: Established with 40+ attorneys between 2 different states. This is a smaller branch office that reports to a corporate location.

About the position: We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney that is licensed to practice in Texas. The ideal candidate will also be licensed to practice in Florida but this is not required. Oversee insurance defense caseload. Existing portable book of business generating at least $250,000 in annual revenue

Minimum Requirements
5+ years of civil litigation
Admitted to TX BAR
Residing in Texas (for payroll purposes)
Portable book of business
