About the position: The Contracts Specialist will assist within the Warehouse Lending department by completing contract reviews, tracking outstanding contracts, managing UCC filings, reviewing legal contracts, or review of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for our legal team. This role prepares all Uniform Commercial Code filings and monitoring of all active UCC filings.
The ideal applicant will have wholesale lending experience as it relates to residential real estate, commercial real estate, or business loans. Experience preparing Warehouse Lending contracts; Repurchase Agreements, Participation Agreements, Promissory Notes, Guarantees, Custodial Agreements is strongly preferred.
Minimum Requirements
Extensive contracts management and review experience
Mortgage, banking or finance/lending experience
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of legal language and terminology
