An established law firm is hiring a real estate paralegal in Coral Gables, 33146. This is a permanent position offering full time hours and 100% paid medical. Pay is up to $60,00.00 + benefits.

About the law firm: An established law firm with approximately 5 attorneys focused on commercial business, real estate (residential & commercial). The law office is stable and growing. Benefits include 100% paid medical coverage for employees. Dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, free on-site parking, etc.

About the position: We are hiring either a real estate paralegal or residential real estate title & escrow closer. Title Agents or commercial closing agents are welcome to apply but commercial experience is not required. This role will assist the attorney in the preparation of closing disclosures, escrow account support, contracts, lease agreements, etc.

Minimum Requirements
Must know how to prepare CDs
3+ years of real estate title processor or closing/paralegal experience
Strong organization skills
