Base Pay + commission
Base is up to $50,00.00
Annual income expectations between $75,000.00 – $115,000.00

BENEFITS: Yes! Medical, dental & vision are offered after a 90 day probationary period. Unlimited PTO after 90 days. We are closed for all major holidays and closed every year between Christmas and New years. THRIVAS pays a very competitive commission structure; up to 60% splits!!!

About the company: THRIVAS, LLC is a full service staffing agency offering recruiting services nationwide. The company has been open and operating over 15 years. Our staffing efforts are focused on the legal field (attorney placements, paralegals and legal support). THRIVAS also provides professional office placements to mortgage banking & finance, call centers, insurance and administrative support with various medical facilities nationwide. Knowledge of the legal field is helpful but not required.

About the position: The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through searching our extensive resume database, job boards, and networking through LinkedIn and other media outlets. Applicants must be comfortable with high volume outbound phone calls. You will review resumes, coordinate and conduct initial interviews, and submit to clients. Additionally you will assist in collecting supporting documents (references, VOE, IDs) as needed. Recruiters also learn how to execute new client contracts, onboarding new hires and terminations.

Minimum Requirements
Your own computer
Reliable access to internet
A quiet & professional office space/room
You MUST reside in EASTERN or CENTRAL time zones.
Intermediate computer skills
Able to work in a fast paced-deadline driven environment
Adaptable w/ ability to multi task
Comfortable with sales
Strong customer service skills
Willing and able to work evenings and weekends when necessary
