An established REO Asset Property & Asset management company is hiring a Paralegal in Dallas, 75201. This is a permanent position with full time hours. Pay is up to $95,000.00 + regular pay increases, bonus potential & full benefits.

About the position: The paralegal will work closely with corp legal counsel, department managers, vendors, mortgage/bank/lenders to review real estate contracts & lease agreements. Additionally you will review, edit and provide recommendations on all vendor and 3rd party contracts and assist in research and negotiations when relevant. This position requires real estate and legal terminology experience as well as a background in contract management.
