An established insurance agency is hiring a Receptionist in Davie, 33328. The position offers full time hours and is a permanent opportunity. Pay is $19.00/hr and will include benefits after a 90 day probationary period.
HOURS: Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:30 p.m.

About the company: A small insurance brokerage firm that has been open and operating for over a decade in Florida. The company represents multiple large nationwide insurance underwriters for homeowners insurance, auto, boat, and health insurance. A friendly environment in a quiet office setting.
About the position: The Receptionist is responsible for answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to local clients. Transfer calls to the appropriate department or provide basic information. Additionally this role will perform some clerical tasks such as printing documents, data entry and updating computer records or scanning/imaging documents.
Applicants with experience working as a customer service rep/CSR, telemarketer or office staff are strongly encouraged to apply.
