An established law firm is hiring a Paralegal in Davie, 33330. This is a permanent position offering full time hours. Pay is negotiable and estimated between $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 + benefits.

About the position: The Probate & Estate planning Paralegal duties include preparing and maintaining detailed probate documents, managing client interactions, and ensuring timely filing of probate pleadings. Prepare and draft court pleadings, legal documents, and administration paperwork in a timely manner. Oversee important filing and court deadlines to ensure smooth estate and trust settlements. Handle Florida probate and trust administrations as well as multijurisdictional estates involving federal estate tax issues.
Minimum Requirements
1+ year of legal experience
1+ year of probate, estate or real estate experience
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
