A software development company is hiring a customer service agent in Fort Lauderdale, 33309. This is a permanent position offering full time hours. Pay is up to $20/hr + benefits

About the company: The company comes with 30 years of industry experience. The company has an industry specific software program that supports commercial real estate management clients nationwide.

About the position: This position is located in the financial division of the company. You will answer inbound calls and provide technical support to clients who have purchased the software or provide support as it relates to unit owners, etc. In this role you will learn how to navigate the company’s software program as well as learn about real estate & property management.

Minimum Requirements
Must be bilingual English / Spanish
Strong customer service skills
Strong communication skills
