A real estate property management company is hiring a Property Manager in Fort Lauderdale, 33309. This is a permanent position offering a generous benefits plan. Pay is up to $150,000.00 + regular pay increases.

About the position: This is a management role. Applicants must have leadership experience overseeing our local team of property managers, leasing agents, and administrative/accounting support staff. The ideal applicant will have experience in the real estate/property management realm as it relates to annual operating budgets, forecasting, monthly and quarterly financials, vendor management, portfolio growth, and general HR tasks (hiring, performance reviews, etc). CAM license is preferred but not required.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years property management experience
5+ years commercial property management
BA/BS degree
Staff management experience (5+ years)
Financial or accounting experience as it relates to property management
