A small design company is hiring an Accounting Clerk in Fort Lauderdale, 33315. The position is a temporary project offering full time hours. $24/hr.

About the company: This is a small family owned and operated business with 2 locations. The company services the yacht & boating industry by offering custom made boating options.

About the position: The Accounting Clerk is responsible for using Quickbooks (online) and creating simple invoices and emailing to clients/customers. Occasionally inputting payment into Quickbooks and providing receipts. Accounting or bookkeeping clerks that are familiar with creating cost or job estimates are encouraged to apply but this skill is not required. This role will also answer phones as needed.

Minimum Requirement
2+ years of Quickbooks experience
Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable duties
Able to start ASAP – in office.
