An established plaintiff personal injury law firm is hiring a Paralegal in Fort Lauderdale, 33315. Pay is up to $65,000.00 + benefits and regular pay increases

About the law firm: Established law firm with less than 10 attorneys. The law office focuses primarily on personal injury auto accidents but also handles workers compensation, and property damage legal claims. Organized and efficient office with very low “turnover” with staff.
About the position: The plaintiff personal injury paralegal with support 1 partner in mostly plaintiff PI cases. Perform client intake, prepare representation letter, order all supporting documents; crash report, insurance information, medical records, etc.Some litigation work however this is minor. Civil litigation experience is nice but not required. This role will also handle preparing settlement letters, prepare closing statements, etc. Heavy client contact and handles all scheduling for your attorney.
Minimum Requirements
1 year solid personal injury experience (prefer 2-6 y/o experience)
Spanish is strongly preferred
