An established law firm is hiring an Human Resources Generalist or “HR Assistant” in Fort Lauderdale, 33316. This is a permanent position offering full time hours + full benefits. Pay is up to $72,000.00

About the position: This role will support the HR Manager in daily operations. The ideal applicant will have previous experience and ideally (but not required) a degree or SHRM Certification. To be successful strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a true willingness to be part of a team are required.
Duties include onboarding new employees (applications, I-9 forms, offer letters, etc) as well as recruitment for open roles; assist in the creation of job postings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews for management. Additionally you will assist in records management, performance reviews, and work with various departments including payroll and benefits.
Minimum Requirements:
2 years of HR experience
Strongly prefer a Degree or SHRM Certification
