About the Position: This is a traditional Legal Assistant role. You will be assigned to a managing partner who is very friendly and enjoys mentoring. His case focus is on construction defect defense and commercial auto/trucking accident defense. The Legal Assistant schedules all hearings, mediations & depos as well as calendaring. The role will work closely with an insurance defense litigation paralegal – you must be a team player. Additionally this role will prepare basic documents from templates, draft correspondence and assist with E-File.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of litigation experience
Must know how to Florida E-File
Experience schedule hearings, mediations, depos
