An established law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney in Fort Lauderdale, 33316. This is a permanent – Direct Hire placement. Compensation is negotiable for the right attorney. The estimated range is up to $185,000.00

About the position: This position will be for an experienced litigation attorney. The litigation attorney will handle the following (but not limited to); commercial trucking accidents, personal injury claims, catastrophic and fatality claims, cargo disputes, subrogation. Knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act Compliance is preferred but not required. Attorneys with litigation experience in commercial auto trucking, construction, construction defect or similar are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Requirements
1+ year of civil litigation
Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
