An established law firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal in Fort Lauderdale, 33316. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” placement. Pay is up to $85,000.00 + benefits + bonus + flexible schedule.

About the position: We are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate will have commercial trucking paralegal, bodily injury, personal injury, or very strong general civil litigation knowledge. Duties will include; Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses in compliance with the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, including pre-suit and in-suit matters, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities..
Minimum Requirements
No less than 3 years of civil litigation
Proficiency in legal research & drafting legal documents
