A boutique law firm is hiring a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in Fort Lauderdale, 33316. This is a permanent & full time opportunity. Pay is up to $60k annually.

About the law firm: Small practice focused primarily on probate, trust and estate planning. Some family law. Benefits include, paid holidays, PTO, free on-site parking. This is a small, quiet office with a friendly attorney.

About the position: Assist 1 attorney in the areas of probate, trust and estate planning. Prepare wills & trusts, create legal documents under the direction of your attorney, E-File, Add attorney billables into system, answer the phone and basic administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements
Must know how to E-File
2+ years of legal experience
