An established law firm is hiring a Paralegal in Fort Lauderdale, 33316. This is a permanent position offering full time hours, benefits and regular pay increases. Plus you pick your own office hours. Starting salary is up to $65,000.00

About the law firm: Civil litigation focused on a variety of business and personal matters ranging from; complex business litigation, insurance defense, construction law, admiralty and maritime law as well as commercial litigation.
About the position: This is a “flat fee” paralegal role – no billing requirements! The paralegal will work in a team with attorneys and assigned legal assistants. The attorney handles mostly construction and commercial trucking type cases. Duties will include preparing general legal documents; pleadings,motions, responses and assist with trial work when needed. This will include discovery, some research, etc. Applicants with experience in personal injury, PIP, insurance defense or any type of real estate background (including foreclosure) we encouraged to apply.
