An established Insurance brokerage is hiring a Receptionist in Jacksonville, 32216 This is a permanent position offering full time hours. Pay is up to $20.00/hr + benefits

About the insurance company: This is an established broker with over 15 years serving the state of Florida and the Jacksonville community. The insurance agency offers home and auto insurance, commercial business insurance, life insurance, flood insurance, as well as boat and watercraft insurance.
About the position: Must be willing to obtain an insurance license. The receptionist will be responsible for answering inbound calls and transferring to insurance sales agents. You will also be responsible for outbound calls to existing or potential clients; confirm appointments, request missing documents, update customer information, etc. This role includes data entry, administrative and clerical support. Sales experience is preferred but not required. To excel in this role you must have exceptional phone and communication skills; you have to enjoy talking with people. Additionally a strong attention to detail is needed.
