A probate trust & estate planning law firm is hiring a temporary Legal Assistant in Jupiter, 33477. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” position. Estimated pay $31.25/hr.

About the law firm: Well established law practice focused on; Estate planning, Estate & Trust Administration, Probate & Trust Litigation, Probate, Wills and Trusts. Additionally the firm handles some foreclosure defense and bankruptcy work. Less than 5 attorneys and a small experienced support staff. Very friendly office.

About the position: Temporary Legal Assistant is needed. This role could become permanent for the right person. Duties include answering phones, organizing records, E-File and other basic legal tasks.

Minimum Records:
Must know how to E-File
Strong phone skills
Organized
Reliable
