An established HOA Condominium is hiring a Property Manager in Key Largo, 33037. This is a permanent position offering full time hours + benefits. Pay is commensurate with experience (est is $85,000.00)
About the property: Over 300 units this is one of the Florida Keys “old keys” condo buildings. Property owners are long time residents with a friendly & close knit community. The property is at almost 100% occupancy at all times. This is a unique waterfront property; marina, several outbuildings, pool and other amenities.
About the position: We are seeking an experienced property manager with condo/hoa property management or timeshare property management experience. We may consider hotel management backgrounds depending on varying factors. The right person will enjoy getting familiar with tenants, have a project management background as it relates to condo buildings and repairs as well as have a background assisting with day to day financial operations, weekly/monthly reporting and annual budgeting. Work closely with board members, etc.

Minimum Requirements
Active CAM / Community Association Manager License
5+ years recent property management experience
Must be willing to be “on-call” weekends/evenings
