A property management company is hiring a Leasing Agent in Lauderhill, 33313. This is a temporary project offering full time hours. Length of project is expected to be 3-4 months but may become permanent. Pay is $25.00/hr

About the property: A 400+ unit apartment complex with multiple outbuildings; pool, business center, playground, tennis courts, fitness center and numerous other amenities. The complex is managed by an independent property management company.

About the position: This role requires previous experience in a leasing agent or property management background. Applicants should have experience with general real estate/housing guidelines. Duties will include providing information to potential renters, collecting data for application/credit checks, deposits, IDs, tour facility, etc.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years of leasing experience
Willing to commit to duration of project
