An established Florida based law firm is hiring a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney in Orlando, 32803. This is a Direct Hire placement offering full time hours & Benefits. Salary is up to $150,000.00 and based on civil litigation experience.

We will consider a newly admitted attorney or Jr. Associate that is searching for a firm that will provide mentoring from a board certified attorney with 20+ years of experience in the legal field. Experience handling litigation and trial work as it relates to personal injury auto accidents or premise liability is strongly preferred but not required.

Duties will include; heavy client contact. Immediately learn how to take depositions, attend hearings, etc. Work closely with our staff and manage your caseflow from client intake, pre-suit, litigation, trial and settlement. The attorney must be comfortable or have an eagerness to learn all aspects of civil litigation.

We will consider insurance defense attorneys, PIP Attorney, or individuals with a workers compensation or labor & employment litigation background for training as well.

Minimum Requirements
6 months litigation experience
Bilingual: English / Spanish
