A property management company is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager in Palm Beach Gardens, 33418. This is a permanent position offering full time hours + Benefits. Compensation is approx: $70,000.00 – $120,000.00.

About the company: An established real estate consulting firm specializing in the real estate industry and offering services that include; business and operating plans, organizational planning and development & staffing solutions

About the position: This role will be the point of contact for a portfolio of properties nationwide. Work closely with vendors, realtors, asset managers, etc. Work closely with on-site managers regarding tenant rental application, support to tenants during rental move in/out or occupancy. Perform updates to property data, preparation of status updates and reporting for all properties in the portfolio, calendar management and coordination of logistics. Additionally this role tracks invoices, reviews contract/vendor agreements and helps on special projects.

Minimum Requirements
REO Asset Management experience
Knowledge of the mortgage industry and familiarity with real estate terminology
Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent 5+ years industry experience is required
