A boutique law firm is hiring a Workers Compensation Paralegal in Plantation, 33324. The position is full time and permanent. Pay is based on experience: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00

BENEFITS: YES. Hybrid schedule after 90 days. Unlimited PTO. Medical/Healthcare stipend. Half days on Friday.

About the law firm: A small law practice that focuses primarily on Workers’ Compensation claims. The firm has 5 employees and a friendly relaxed environment.

About the position: Support the workers comp attorney in all aspects as it relates to worker compensation legal cases. Prepare legal documents, request for productions, draft & negotiate settlements, etc. Additionally you will calendar, E-File and assist the legal assistant on scheduling any hearings, mediation or depositions when she is behind. This role has close client contact and a successful applicant will enjoy helping their legal clients.

Minimum Requirements
Florida Workers’ Compensation Law: 2 years
Bi-lingual English and Spanish (required)
